I'm realizing I'm one of those people who can't handle food restrictions. I yoyo back. So I'm gonna just focus on less period as a whole versus low low carbs etc. Maybe that'll be my ahha moment 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can do food restrictions for about 2 weeks then go overboard. I have found that I can't deny myself anything. So I am doing intermittent fasting (only eating between 12-8 and trying to keep my calories between 1200-1500 per day. Within those calories, if I want a candy bar then I'm having a candy bar!

Lol exactly haha. I'm still gonna try to overload on sugar etc and my thing is getting off my butt and exercising again. Not just chase my toddler. If stress burned calories I'd be good lol.

I was at 132.8 on Friday but didn’t eat great this weekend. I need to tighten that up! Started the morning with 20 minutes elliptical and 20 minutes strength training.

OMG...I am on a bender! Nothing too crazy but have been a bit of a wild thing since Friday! Maintenance is HARD people! And I am going on about 20 years of it!!

@Keepingtrack1234 - 20 yrs maintenance is impressive as heck. WTG. wow!!!!!

Thanks!!! It's funny, because I didn't have to think about it much for a LONG time. I lost 50+ pounds between 18-21 (basically, I gained a bunch of weight my senior year of HS and freshman year of college) and it was easy to keep off...until suddenly, it wasn't hahah! (Aka, when I hit 39!) So now I am learning what works for my body 20 years later. Hint, hint...it's not sugar! :) But it's a journey...and it's now more about my mental health. thank you for your support, it means a LOT! :)

Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Ate, yes. Drank, nah.

I ate back half of my exercise calories, just like I promised. I feel like a big, bloated rock.

I know this looks like a setback, but after a week of bad choices I was up to 191 over the weekend. So I'm back om track and working my way back to the 186 I saw last month. It's a journey....

Don't let perfection get in the way of progress! :) Quick: think of one new habit you've adopted on your journey and let that sit in your thoughts! You got this!

Great job on all the losses, team!! Sorry I haven't had time to devote to posting this week. Thank you, @looneycatblue for all you're doing!! So appreciated!! <3

We had a great day at EPCOT today. I used to work at Walt Disney World and actually got to do a lot of the exhibits and rides before opening day. We were the guinea pigs, so to speak. My nephew, his wife, and my husband and I had so much fun together. We did several rides including two that were a little on the scary side but so much fun! Shopped, walked 5.92 miles (13,000+ steps) ate at the German pavilion for the buffet and had a doughnut. I honestly felt miserable after lunch. I just don't eat like that anymore and am going to fast until lunch tomorrow just to feel better. Heading home in the morning but stopping halfway through to spend the night. The drive down about did us in so not attempting that again!!

I'm posting Thursday's weigh-in post now since I'll be getting up early to leave tomorrow. Have a great evening and a wonderful day tomorrow.

    Thursday's weigh-ins:

@12sarah2015 - got it, thanks!
