    Wednesday was 0 for water.
    I had one soda for the whole day. And that is probably why I woke up feeling like sand paper.
    I'm really trying to make water into a habit though even if it is not quite as much as it should be yet.

    We are in the grip of a severe drought, but the last few days we had some beautiful rain. It was pure bliss when it started coming down. This morning I decided to go for a run as opposed to going to the gym. What a beautiful morning. No dust in the air, just clean, fresh air. The birds were also vocalising their joy. All the dust have been washed away from the plants and trees and everything is just greener and brighter. Hope you all have a beautiful day :)

    @petrocoetsee That sounds wonderful! I am glad you guys got the rain you needed! And that's awesome you were able to enjoy the indoors instead of heading to the gym! We are currently dealing with super cold weather right now. We had a small amount of snow on Tuesday, but I hope that holds off for a while! I don't want to start seeing accumulating snow until *maybe* next month! Have a wonderful day!

    Perfect storm for a gain over here... TOM, courses all week at work resulting in 13 hour days with irregular food breaks and eating of stress, and the weather has turned cold.

    This week - 202.3

    I almost asked for a rollover this morning but what does that do for accountability really? Hoping some of that is hormonal water weight but if not then I’ll be working extra hard to get it off next week!
