Finally! I had been hovering around 134 for the last several weigh-in Mondays! It was a good exercise week!
Monday-Elliptical-19 minutes/Strength Training Lower body- 22 minutes/3 mile walk/Outlaw 1 Yoga
Tuesday- 3 mile walk/Buti Yoga/Gentle Yoga
Wednesday-3 mile walk/25 squats/20 pushups
Thursday-/25 squats/20 pushups/Buti Yoga
Friday-3 mile walk/25 squats/20 push-ups/ Buti yoga
Saturday-Girls on the Run 5k
Sunday-rest! 1.5 mile walk
NSV of the Week My husband “cleaned” the shed yesterday by pulling a bunch of bins out for me to go through and donate. A NSV is there were a bunch of corduroy pants from 2012 that fit again! Actually, I think they will be a size too big! It is like going shopping but not not spending money.7 -

I’m getting some exercise in but I am finding it challenging since I haven’t workout out in a long time (I know it’s a mental thing). I am finding that I like dancing so my plan this week is to pull out one of my dance workout dvds and start using it as a tool to get back into the swing of things.9 -

My NSV from yesterday... travel day, made some good food choices. Had an Egg McMuffin with coffee (only 2 creamers & splenda, instead of their pre-made higher calorie coffee choices), gave my hashbrown to hubby... lunch regular arby sandwich, no sauces, and only snagged a few curly fries. Dinner was also from take-out, beef noodle soup with cabbage, really good, but probably high in sodium, ate half. With all of the take out stuff, I am now really craving some salad and veggies!2

I had a NSV today and it may seem kind of silly.
I had a few guys come into my work and be a little flirty with me.
Super weird but definitely a confidence booster.3 -

NSV: I woke up early and did cardio exercise before work and than went for a walk outside at lunchtime.
Day: made good choices and looked for ways to stay active all day.
