    @mram3285, Last Tuesday,was our 1st snowfall for the season and I am positive that I did not weigh . I wil definitely make an effort for next week’s weigh day.

    @mram3582 - curious for an update on how taking over the world is going and starting a mariachi band. To be honest, I’m more interested in the latter. Now I want to start one!

    The group I went out with last night is so much fun. I’m surprised I did as well as I did. But I still felt so full which is completely unnecessary.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 30 minutes HIIT cardio, 90 minutes hiking trails in the snow. Cold but nice. Trying to get my friends to have active time together instead of meeting at bars and restaurants. Not many of them want to do this. It is dawning on me that I may have to branch out and meet new people. I can’t keep losing and regaining over and over. This makes me sad but I’m beginning to realize it’s necessary.

    Exercise: first day back at my barbell club in a long while. Worked on squats and bench for about 1.5 hours.

    @mram3582 , you're an admin on this thread/team, right? Is there a way to change my weigh-in days from Sundays to Mondays? I am not able to see the threads on MFP through the app during the weekend. I mainly am able to hop on here at work Mondays through Fridays.
