    @pearl4686 Shirataki noodles will clean you out. They’re nicknamed “the broom” for a reason. Miracle noodles ate the brand I use.

    Thank you everyone for your suggestions! Been to the pharmacy this morning to get some laxatives but I will hold out till tomorrow and try some of the food suggestions first. Fingers crossed...

    Also, I am still here team! It is just the craziest week at work. We still have a full week before the holidays but it seems like everyone is trying to fit everything into this week! Its also our holiday party today so wish me luck!

    Yesterday we had a team lunch AND dinner, so I stuck with a salad for lunch knowing that dinner was at a hip new restaurant in town and we were doing the Chef's Tasting Menu. It was AMAZING, but also 5 courses and there was lots of wine. So feeling a bit bloated today....

    This morning there was free breakfast and we have the holiday party so my current plan is to skip lunch to compensate. We will see how today goes!

    How is this always me? My car was rear-ended on Sunday and I'm needing to figure out how to get repairs done. It's no THAT bad...just stressful enough to make me run for the cookies apparently.

    I'm going to eat a big salad and reset before an after-work gathering this evening.

    Good day today. Headache gone when I got up this morning but creeping back now. Took a preventative so hopefully it doesn’t get as bad as yesterday.

    Victory today! I went shopping during my lunch break and drove past a Chinese restaurant, Whataburger and Wendy’s, which are all big temptations for me. I’m so glad I didn’t give in.

    Hey All, I'm helping co-captain for a bit so I'm going through and updating the weights and it looks like we're missing a few.

    If you guys don't get your weight in by end of day Saturday it will be your second week in a row missing and you won't be able to compete with us anymore.

    Just a reminder to everyone else to get your weight in before end of day Saturday for week 2. Even if you gained weight, log it, its all about accountability and supporting each other!

    Day: started out well but then my husband decided he wanted something other than what I’d planned for dinner which kinda threw me off and cuz I hadn’t planned for this meal I went over (just by a couple hundred cals so still under maintenance)
