I struggled hard this last week. My cravings were out of control. I felt icky all over. I lost all motivation and determination to work hard towards weight loss. I did manage a little exercise that I am hoping helped me some.
That week is over and a new week is starting and I am ready to get back to it. I hope you all have a great weekend.2 -

16/12 I am in denial. Please carry last week's weight over to this week as I absolutely refuse to get onto a scale. My calories over are not that serious, but I know what I consumed causes water retention and that impacts the scale BIG time.
