    Plumbing issues update
    So, in the end I took a laxative Thursday night. Another one Friday morning, still nothing. Went out to buy prunes (as someone here suggested- THANK YOU). Prunes have helped me in the past but I wasn't keen as they're calorific but desperate times- desperate measures. I ate about half the box, 600 calories worth.
    By Friday afternoon, I had a nice big clear out and the next 6 hours were NOT pretty! But hey, I'm feeling much better. Not sure what did the trick in the end and I might have overdone it but no regrets.

    Exercise: none (writing this every day makes me want to exercise lol 😬)
    Day: did really good. Went out for breakfast with some friends and made good choices and stayed under my calories for the day. Had some food cravings but I didn’t give in which is awesome.

    Water challenge: met my goal! Was mindful about my water intake and forced myself to have a bunch after I realized I hadn’t had anything but coffee all day

    I was shocked with the drop this week. I am only 2.4 lbs away from my final goal. Feels good to enjoy the holidays and still lose weight.

    I have officially lost 50 pounds in the past year, 45 of which were lost doing this challenge in the past 8 months! It looks promising that I will hit onederlad by New Year. Then my next goal will be 20 more pounds in the first 6 months of 2020.

    You’re killing it! What a great way to start the new year!

    Not a major loss, however no major gain during the holiday season. I'm still striving to get under 200 pounds which is my first weight loss goal. It's taking longer than expected, but I'm still closer to my goal.

    I feel you! I was hoping to be under 200 sometime around the new year which is definitely not going to happen lol.

    I ate over today. I was just hungry between lunch and dinner. Limited choices due to grocery shopping being tomorrow so I did the best I could.
