I have officially lost 50 pounds in the past year, 45 of which were lost doing this challenge in the past 8 months! It looks promising that I will hit onederlad by New Year. Then my next goal will be 20 more pounds in the first 6 months of 2020.

Not a major loss, however no major gain during the holiday season. I'm still striving to get under 200 pounds which is my first weight loss goal. It's taking longer than expected, but I'm still closer to my goal.
