My daily goal is to get my 10,000 steps before I leave work. ( I usually make it if I’m in and out of the office during the day).
My workout day’s are Monday , Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday. I’m gonna try to stick to schedule.
I also joined the lose to win program through my gym that will start on the 27th.
I’m 36 and I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. I work full time. Very busy schedule . My weight loss journey last year was very successful... until the holidays . I stayed under 200 pounds all year but I literally gained 10 pounds from thanksgiving - December... I learned a valuable lesson from this though so once I get back where I want to be , I won’t slack off... Consistency is Key.4 -

Hi, Slimsons!
This is my 2nd month doing this challenge. I'm 51, I work from home & it's always a challenge to get up and move more during the day. I have struggled with the same 30lbs for the past 5 or 6 years. I can make good progress losing & then when I take a break, it comes back again. I really enjoyed this challenge last month. It helped me stick to my goals during the holidays.

🥳Happy and Healthy New Year to you all! Now that we have celebrated all the holidays 🕎🎄🎉, it's time to RECOVER!
Here are a few tips to help you jump start your New Year.
7 Tips to Help Recover From The Holiday Binge
1️⃣ LOSE THE SHAME!!!🙁➡️🙂
2️⃣ Don't Give Up! Don't let a set back take you off the end goal. 🥅🥇
3️⃣ Write ✏down a list of foods 🍔🍭🍪you overate/ overindulged on
4️⃣ Take those food threats and throw 🚮them away... OUT OF SIGHT + OUT OF MIND!
5️⃣ DRINK WATER 💦FIRST! That can include different flavored sparkling waters and teas⛾ too! The more water you drink = the more weight you lose!
6️⃣ Eat VEGGIES 🥦🥕🍆🥗most in your next few meals.
7️⃣ GET ACTIVE!!! 🤸🏽♀️Walk those flights of stairs instead of the elevator/escalator. Do some sort of dedicated exercise 🏋🏼♀️ 🏊🏽♀️🚴🏼♀️for at least 30 minutes a day. A moving body is a losing weight body!!!
***Side note***
Clean a dedicated space for you in the house that you can 🧘🏽♀️meditate/ relax/ 🏋🏽♀️exercise.... a space that is specifically for you!
