Sorry I’m not following the daily check in format. I’m 100% on mobile so the specific post format is a pain for me. I’ll do it for my weekly weigh in days, but i’m way too lazy otherwise, so I’ll just be peeking in like this from time to time!

So I gallon water container so I know whether on not I am consuming less than a gallon water a day. My mom brought me a closet for my birthday yay! So we put it up today what a workout. Today is actually the first day I feel like my old self so it seems today was a very good day, I even walk without my cane a few times today👍🏾 good stuff!4 -

@gridirongrrl If I post using the app, I tend to do it as a quote and I just delete the stuff I don't need, it's easier, and posting it in the format suggested helps me to give you credit for it as I search using that tag0 -
