    As Brandi said, 40 over is nothing to worry about! You're still in a deficit if you set your goals up with MFP :)

    I’m not doing any of the optional challenges right now-too many other things with my attention to monitor!!

    My January goals are really to keep on my meal plan, log, and keep learning what works related to reducing my window of eating time. Work in progress. This month I’m just focused on this, and once I’m more solid, I plan to add a regular swim program in February.
