So I sliced my finger on the mandolin today. My first and last time ever using One. Hope this zucchini lasagna is worth it. Lol.
@vicky2767 I love my mandolin slicer but I won't use it without the safety hat looking veggie holder it comes with for that exact reason, and I'm sure you will enjoy your lasagna!!0 -

After work I needed a little outlet so, I pushed myself to do more cardio which felt good
My goal today was to keep track of what I ate and exercise 20 minutes or more.
@WMEJA exercise is a really great outlet, sometimes hard to keep going but you feel great after and super proud that you made it through!! Awesome job!!0 -

Started today to try to not drink any alcohol for 31 days. It will be hard i havent went more than a few days with out having at least a glass of wine. Im usually a moderate drinker just want to see this months numbers when i stick to same diet and exercise but cut out alcohol all together.6 -
