Happy Caturday people!!! It's a beautiful 72 degrees here in coastal Virginia in the middle of January...I'll take it!!! I have six lessons to teach today, but then I'm headed out to run errands and enjoy this gorgeous weather!
Hope y'all have a terrific day as well!! Tell me what your up to...and I'll be back on later this evening!! Walk, Walk, WALK today!!
Jessica
Its 36 today, and 27 degrees tomorrow. But i plan to make the most of is as monday has a high of 7, -1 on tuesday, and -2 on wednesday. So i need to take advantage of what little warmth is left.2 -
@arc130 Thanks for catching me up. I entered you on the Step Chart for January and got it all filled in...I put your daily step goal down as 10,000. Correct me if that is wrong please. Remember to log your steps every few days as well.
Nice losses everybody for this week...AMAZING!! WTG!
@angmarie28 Got it fixed, thanks!
Two more lessons and I can get back outside for a bit. I keep looking for things to take out so I can steal a few more minutes of warmth and sunshine!!!

Well i slipped up this morning. I was cranky and ate my feelings, about 800 calories before 9am, ugh. BUTTTT, I made up for it, and went out and ran 5 miles, then 30 minutes of weights, so burned 750 calories.8

An overdue WELCOME to @jenna_xoxo , our newest TrimStones member. There was a bit of a recording mixup and we had her name listed incorrectly on our chart. PLEASE take a minute Jenna, to introduce yourself so we can get to know you and what you hope to achieve on our team. On behalf of myself and the other captain of the team, @mulecanter , welcome to the family!
You've joined a very thoughtful team, filled with interesting and caring people at all levels in the weight loss journey. We have a few who are maintaining, several who are just getting started and a few who've been here for a while. I think you'll find it a very supportive group who will give you lots of suggestions, ideas and encouragement.
Again, WELCOME...hope you got my note privately and if there's anything I can assist you with, don't hesitate to write me or leave me a note in the chatroom.
Take care,
Jessica

My dad wanted to take us to dinner because my husband fixed his heater, and his water leak so he took us to pizza ranch. I decided to accept it as a "cheat day" I went ver my calories, BUT with my heavy workout today, I was still under maintenance calories, AND a huge victory for me, I didnt eat any desserts there, which was so hard, I love their dessert pizza and soft serve.7

@angmarie28 Well done on a great day! Being flexible enough to give yourself a cheat day but still coming under maintenance is awesome1 -

I’m a bit worried about my weigh in tomorrow. I’ve had family here all this week (aka no gym, tonnes of food — and not the low cal variety!). I was good today but don’t think that will make up for a bad week but I’m committed to doing better next week! 🤞🏽1 -
Week 2
Weigh-in day: Sunday
PW: 188 lb
CW 187 lb
Not exactly setting any records but at least I'm green and given I've been on holiday not cooking or choosing my own food I'm pretty chuffed with any loss. 😁3 -

Hey @Emmajhare I had your Week 1 weight recorded as 187, so it appears you stayed the same. Please check and if I made a mistake on last week's let me know...either way, it's a win!
