    I can’t believe how much sugar there is, in food; I have cut out all added sugar, since the first, and my protein shakes are sweetened with fruit, monks fruit and stevia. I STILL get 100 grams daily, wow!

    ive been sticking to under 20g of sugar a day, yesterday I ate oranges and hit 44g, oops. but Ive cut out most fruits too. any lable with over 8g of sugar I dont consume
