Under cals: yes!
Exercise: no not really, a short walk (15min) to the pharmacy
Water: 5 glasses.
Thoughts: so I avoided the chip saga. This cold is really hanging around and has settled on my chest so I convinced my sister to make chicken and vegetable soup for us tonight. It was bloody lovely (as always, it's on of her best dishes) though I had no idea on cals so have guessed. I tried to over-estimate the calories but no idea to be honest.
I weighed this morning as I couldn't wait, but will weigh again properly in the am and update my weight
Made it through the first full week back at work - very much looking forward to a lie in in the morning!
@nerdyprincess92 Best of luck this morning! I had that opportunity to sleep in this morning, but the puppy woke me up at 2:30/3 and I couldn't get back to sleep.
You have done really great this week! Hoping you have a weigh in you like this morning1 -
NerdyPrincess92 weigh in
SW: 216.5
W1 (11 Jan): 215.25
So it's a loss. Its just not what I wanted. But, never mind, I'll come up with a better plan for next week and hopefully I'll pull in a bigger number!4 -

@nerdyprincess92 Dillon is 8 months old (in a few days) and Roy is 10(right). Dillon is a fiest (not sure of what that "type" of dog is, but we think he is some type of doberman/hound). Roy is a golden doodle. This picture is from 2 or so months ago, and Dillon has gotten a bit bigger! I also have football sweaters, that my boyfriends mom made them for Christmas.5 -

Planned & Followed: no, boyfriend surprised me by making breakfast for us this morning. And I made brownies so I could reach 1200cals today.
I have been incorporating a lot of veggies into my days lately. Yesterday was an exception as we went to a buffet last night(mediocre at best, I don't think we will go back there anytime soon). So, today I made stuffed peppers for dinner. Lots of onion, peppers, kale, tomatoes, etc. I used ground turkey instead of beef(we've been on a major turkey/chicken kick lately) and added a little cheese on top, while skipping the breadcrumbs/panko. They came out super delish, and there's one left for me to have tomorrow

I have failed at the food and exercise challenge as it seemed that we had to keep changing up things a bit for lunch. My body struggled to exercise. But I kept within calorie limits most days. I hope you are all having a great weekend.
I am very impressed with mini challenge participation. You all are doing awesome.

@cmhubbard92 That looks delicious. I'll have to give it a try.
My daughter made Gratin parmentier (something very new to us and probably not calorie friendly) and chocolate mousse for my Mom's birthday lunch. It was very good but definitely will reserve for special occasions.1 -

@brandi_84 Thanks! Recipe here! I used 4 peppers instead of two, and 1lb Turkey, cut out the bread crumbs, and used less cheese. I added more veggies than the recipe called for, so I ended up with a little extra "stuffing" that I will figure out something to do with it.
I had to look up gratin parmenter, and it looks really good! I hope you all enjoyed your lunch/time together!1 -

These look so good! I love stuffed peppers but they aren’t something I make often. This has reminded me how much we do enjoy them 😍1 -
Good morning team, wishing you all big loses this week.

I really need to begin exercising, work and my toddler takes up so much of my time but I'm going to make that next week's goal. Do 30 minutes of exercise at least 3x.2 -

@SereneRose another great loss! Just start small when it comes to exercise, and let everything else work its magic! You have started off well so far!0 -
