If you see an insightful check on your post of your weigh-in or steps, it is just so I can keep track of the weights and steps I have entered in the spreadsheet.0

Work is a real challenge this week - it’s so busy with not a lot of breaks. Combined with the -36 degree weather it’s tough to get steps in. Just a tough week all around. My goal is to stay within calorie goal and drink 80oz of water every day to try and win this week!1 -

Sadly, no. Would you like a daily report now that we're in a new week, or just all at once at the end? Thanks for the encouragement, by the way!0
