    Exercise: walked 74 minutes

    Tomorrow’s goals
    1. Walk 60 minutes
    2. Continue with minimum 72 oz water
    3. Drink only 2 cups of coffee

    I had a great walk today. It was really nice outside so I took my walk outdoors. We have a steep hill to get up to our apartment building so I incorporated it into my walk. It really gets the heart pumping.

    Work is a real challenge this week - it’s so busy with not a lot of breaks. Combined with the -36 degree weather it’s tough to get steps in. Just a tough week all around. My goal is to stay within calorie goal and drink 80oz of water every day to try and win this week!

    That is cold. We are spoiled with some really nice weather. Snow is coming though.

    Exercise: 80 minute walk (incorporated the hill again)
    Water: lots of water today

    Wednesday’s goals
    1. Stay within calories
    2. Stay within my plan for tomorrow
    3. Keep up with the water

    I have a busy day tomorrow as I have appointments and I have to drive my husband to and from work. I hope to squeeze a walk in and maybe get to the gym.
