    2. Continue with minimum 72 oz water
    3. Drink only 2 cups of coffee

    I had a great walk today. It was really nice outside so I took my walk outdoors. We have a steep hill to get up to our apartment building so I incorporated it into my walk. It really gets the heart pumping.

    Work is a real challenge this week - it’s so busy with not a lot of breaks. Combined with the -36 degree weather it’s tough to get steps in. Just a tough week all around. My goal is to stay within calorie goal and drink 80oz of water every day to try and win this week!
