Hi team! Sorry I was MIA yesterday! I am a teacher and twice a year we have two 12 hour days for conferences...but then we are off tomorrow! So yesterday was day 1 and today is day 2. A LONG day for sure...I did get in a 15 minute walk and didn't eat any of the treat trays from parents, so that's a win for me!

Trying to get back on track with tracking. I am still sick although much better. It has literally been a month! I would like to get back to swimming, tracking and really counting every bite. Next week I have a week off, I have a business so I am never really off, but I will be more off than not next week...so I should be able to really buckle down on this! But as of today, I will be counting, tracking if not exercising.
This was me all. last. winter...your body is preserving everything to get you healthy and in the process makes you feel like junk! It's so hard. Keep up the great work and get well.2 -

Last Wednesday I weighed 137.9 pounds.
This Wednesday I weighed 139.1 pounds.
Gained 1.2 pounds which is a bummer but I am okay with it as I remained under 140 pounds.
Plus I weighed 141.3 pounds on Monday so I lost 2.2 pounds in the last 2 days
as I pre-planned meals, ate healthier, showed more self-control, and got a lot of walking done.
Looks like a great plan! The scale will show your efforts soon.4 -

This feels like the longest week of my life. So much going on. I haven't been able to read everyones comments but now i'm all caught up, so much going on these past few days. I hope you all are doing great and get to a great place by the weeks end.4

I'm unexpectedly going out of town this weekend.. I will not be able to weigh in until Monday2 -
180.1 this morning. Officially stuck here for 4-5 weeks. I have to start tracking on MFP again, because I think I'm not tracking as well when I do it on paper.2

I have been trying to get exercise in over the last two weeks to get the scale to move some more. Last week, I went to yoga seven times for seven hours of yoga!
This week I have done the following:
Monday-walked two miles
Tuesday-2 mile walk, 60 minutes Buti Yoga
Wednesday-2 mile walk, 60 minutes Vinyasa Flow
Thursday-2 mile walk- 60 minutes Les Miles Bodypump class at rec center tonight (strength training)
I am so sore in my arms and shoulders!
I need to start tracking more again.3 -

I need to accept one thing: that i am human and this is my body's way of keeping itself healthy; every time I am fighting sickness (and there is so much in my class and school!) I retain weight and crave more carbs. I can control what I can the best I can and take some action steps to up my protein. Maybe we will go back to Salmon Sundays and salad lunches to see if that moves me along.

Needed to go into the city office today, so early start.
Insomnia last night (too much going on mentally). Only 3 hours sleep.

Exercised: No (really bad day weather wise - min 19, max 19, drizzle from sunrise to sunset)
Tracked: No (celebration Korean BBQ dinner out to celebrate valentines day)
Budget: Maybe (did not track dinner, so do not know)
Really rough mental day today. Got through it OK though. Very nice dinner out.
My wife is just amazing. Days like today make me appreciate her even more.
30th Wedding anniversary dinner tomorrow, so probably will not track again tomorrow evening.
Rest of the month likely to be on track.1 -
Won't be weighing in today. My father-in-law passed overnight and I've been awake since 3 a.m. I ate breakfast without remembering to weigh first.
