Good morning everyone!
I’m posting today to say that I’ll be leaving TBBT for a while but want to really thank everyone who has given me support over the last year in this brilliant group. I’ve been thinking for a while that weighing as frequently as I do has been messing with me head a bit and after speaking with my PT who suggests only weighing in monthly, I’ve decided I want to give that a go and see if it helps me. I’ve got too stuck in the cycle of losing for the scales and having some unhealthy behaviours associated with it.
Thank you particularly to @cmhubbard92 and @brandi_84 who have been around a long time and have always been so encouraging 😘
