Hello everyone, the first weekend of Just OMAD 2020 went great. I stuck to Just OMAD and am so content. I don’t know why I ever though any other plan would be better than OMAD. Here is to a new week.2

Today's Meal. I was torn between two meals so I combined them into one.
cornish hen, roasted brussels sprouts and sweet potato, chaffles, meat lovers egg scramble, chocolate kale shake, and ACV lemon water. Total calories - 1,098.

I will be satisfied with 1 pound a week. If I lose it slowly, the losses will be more likely to stick. I'm not really focusing on the numbers right now, just focusing on sticking to OMAD. I know OMAD works so if I am consistent, the pounds will drop.2

I agree, the selfish in me would love a 2lb drop again, but I doubt it will happen, so I have to embrace the 1lb each week. I can't wait to see your results!0

Today's Official Weigh In
A 3 pound loss this week was totally unexpected. My weight yesterday was 165.0 which is why I posted about a 1 pound loss for the week. This was mostly an overnight whoosh. I am not expecting future weekly losses to be this big, but I will gladly take this one and run with it.
