    Goal #1: Eat 3 balanced meals / no snacks / 1 small treat per day
    Goal #2: Add in pilates or yoga 3 days/week to my cardio routine

    2/22 - 147 lbs. Anyone else avoid the scale when they think they've gained the weight back??? That's what happened to me the last couple of weeks, which is why I've been a little quiet on here. Thankfully, I didn't gain and actually lost just a bit (.6 lbs). I won't make my February goal of 144, but I'm hoping for 145 by the end of next week. I've enjoyed continuing to read through everyone's progress on here! And huge congrats to you, @weatherking2019 !!!

    Hello ladies... see ya'll making good progress! Awesome! I got my body comp stats today:

    53, 5'4"
    SW: 138
    CW: 137
    GW: 135 (Feb goal)
    SBF: 30%
    CBF: 27.1%
    GBF: 26% (Feb goal)
    Muscle mass increased from 53.4lbs to 55.6lbs. I feel stronger!!

    Hoping to get to 20% BF by May.

    Weekly checking on goals:
    1. I barely made it to 10K a day, as we had storms raging over Europe - again ! - with heavy windgusts, hail and horizontal rainfall which is not inviting to go walking. I'm now 10K behind my yearly goal but I'm sure I will make up for it when the weather turns. The coming week seems to be more of the same stormy weather so we'll just make the best of it.
    2. Done! Although my weight still hovers above the 70 threshold. Therefor I'll still come here to log daily, but I think I will go for a weekly check-in as from March, feeling confident I can maintain as from next week.
    3. The pushup challenge was halted last week. I did the first day of week 3 and realised I'm still not there. I wanted to restart week 2 but then work got in the way with an unexpected audit that took a lot of my time next to my normal work. Tomorrow, I'll restart week 2. Babysteps, and maybe I should call it the 100 week challenge for 6 push-ups, but at least I'm doing something !
    4. No alcohol whatsoever past week, and that suits me fine !

    So all in all, not bad certainly considering the miserable weather and the crazyness at work :smiley:

    FEB GOALS
    1. Traditional "Tour Mineral" = No alcohol this month
      It's getting exceedingly difficult but I'm still on track. I have an impromptu citytrip coming up this week though, and I'm not going to abstain then; would be a waste to not enjoy it to the fullest (I'm visiting le french guy).
    2. Since I can't seem to control portions, food needs to be optimum this month: very simple dinners consisting mainly of cottage cheese with fruit, or meat with basic veggies and zero additions. And for the love of everything: cut back on carbs!
      I have just discovered my new overlord: glucomannan pasta/rice/noodles! Barely calories (6/100gram) + lots of fiber = a volume eater's dream come true. Are they exactly like the real thing? No. But close enough? Hell yes.
    3. Stop buying dates and nuts. Got in the habit of visiting the weekly market because I so love fresh dates and I deluded myself by saying "But they have lots of fiber and are low glycemic index" -> BS woman, they are still clumps of delicious sugar. No more.

I did decent on food and portions this week and had a good deficit every day, except in the weekend but even then it wasn't above maintenance. Only sport (running) has been slacking last week, mainly because I don't have the time!

    You've lost 1,3kg this month, so you are doing great, just keep up the momentum !

    Goal 1: Continue to make sure I'm getting in 5-7 a day.
    Goal 2: Lift 3 days a week and pole 1 day a week
    Goal 3: Meet calorie goal 90% of the time
    Goal 4: Be better at eating mindfully
    Goal 5: Don't beat myself up if everything does not go as planned. Some weeks I won't be able to make all of the workouts I want and some days I may go over my calorie goal. It is okay.
