    Ok... so expect a MASSIVE gain this week (sorry team!) I’m out of town, haven’t gotten to the gym, eating a tonne, haven’t been logging... 😟 but am going to try to do a bit better today in term of watching portions and at least getting more steps in...

    Here’s my steps so far:
    3/3: 3821
    3/4: 6517
    3/5: 6174

    And I’ll just have to work extra hard for the rest of the month to undo the gains I’ve likely made over the last 2 days... oh well. We’ll get it off... eventually!
