@jugar love this.... I'd love to be a little and often person instead of a yoyoer! My mentions as a bug loser often feel unjustified as it comes after a week or several gaining!0

Keep up the good work!1

NEWS FLASH: Something new in the spreadsheets!
You may notice that there is a new section on the spreadsheets - "Weeks in the Green".
This section will automatically track how many weeks a team member is "in the green" or loses weight - any amount. We are going to give this a try to help recognize the people who might be losing small amounts and never hit the winners list. They might lose small amounts, but they do it week after week - or at least more weeks than not.
Have a look - every week with a loss gets 1 point. At the end of March, we'll publish a list of those with a 3 or a 4 points along with all the other winners. Let's start to recognize the slow but steady people! I hope this will encourage fewer instances of someone losing a huge amount one week, and then bouncing back over the next week or two and becoming discouraged.
Please let me know if you see an problems, inaccuracies, or if you have ideas on other ways we might do this. Thanks!!
You can check it out at

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this! I am a "small loser," never losing a big amount at once.... so I appreciate the little cheer for the slow and steady losers!1 -

I will start the cope...
I am working from my office today. Traffic was SUPER light. I came in 2.5 hours later than normal and traffic at 'rush hour' was lighter than a normal 5:30 am. I have a closed sign on our door, but my office is the front office and in a 1 story building. I have all lights off and blinds drawn. I don't want people coming in.
Before I left my home, I watched an interview of Donovan Mitchell, NBA Utah Jazz player. He is positive but not had a single symptom. THIS is what scares me - asymptomatic carriers infecting others. Mitchell is self quarantining.
Stay safe and healthy, my friends!
Edited to add spoiler - I added the odd looking #s on the spreadsheet this am - this is why it looks different.2 -

Well my gym just closed, which is probably the right move, but working out just got a lot more difficult.
In spite of that, I am starting fresh this week! I’m jumping all in. I really really do not want to go any further in the wrong direction.

Well, all this Coronavirus news has made me anxious. Seeing the triage process that may be taken has shaken me to see that I would be one of the discarded ones. 60 yo, type 2 diabetes, BMI > 25. I need to reduce my time spent on social media, and yet that could be our only connection.
I pushed through with two walks yesterday even though it was dreary weather. Walking helps with stress but I have to listen to my knee and not push myself. I’ve been working with a personal trainer for two months and that will probably be shut down. It’s a small private facility and he doesn’t have more than five people scheduled at one time, with plenty of room to distance. He’s diligent about cleaning and it’s a much cleaner facility than a typical gym. I feel ok there for now but it’s very possible he may be required to shut down anyway so I need to find a way to continue my weight training so I don’t lose all this progress.
It’s stressful to think that all our meals may now be in house. Now in addition to weight loss, I’m looking at food as a way to improve my immune system. I’m going to inventory my pantry and freezer today. In addition to shortages we now have reduced grocery store hours.
On the bright side, I’m generally an introvert so staying home won’t be much of a hardship for me. I need to set up a schedule so I can cook, clean, workout and craft, so I don’t just melt into a blob on my sofa. This is unprecedented but we can do this, y’all!
Also, I’d like to share two of my happy sites. If you use Twitter, Dog Rates and Thoughts of Dog are a couple of my favorites!7 -

Still recovering from the flu. Had to take my dad to the ER yesterday and they wouldn't even allow me to sit in the waiting room since I still have a cough. So I waited in my car. Strange times, indeed! Doctor told me to take it easy this week, and I am. Bye!!6 -

Still in the "green zone" of losing, but it's gonna be tough with being not as active outside- no more hour walks in the park, although I did yesterday. Too many people were around, and no one thought about "keeping distance". I've decided to do DVD workouts, as I've got tons of all sorts. I stopped going to the gym last year and bought a bunch, and there's a lot on the internet too. I may sneak out a walk in the neighborhood during "off" hours when no one else is out. Baked a chicken yesterday for options all week long, including tacos and soup. I'm making homemade bread today as there's none at the store, but picked up fresh veggies- we're all good. I'm with @cre804, I think a schedule will be helpful to maintain some sort of self-control and sanity. Happy and safe "staycation" everyone!5 -

On my drive home from the airport...can't wait to see my dogs! I work retail, no work for atleast 2 weeks. I am blessed to work for a company that always pays its employees for unplanned closures! Going to prioritize walking and hiking over this time. No gym and no work(usually have 6000+ steps there) is going to be hard to combat, but I am up for the challenge. What is everyone doing to keep moving?4

Week 3, Monday
PW: 145.3 lbs
CW: 148.6 lbs
(Trying to maintain around 65kg /143.5 lbs, +- 1.5kg / 3.3 lbs)
Last week I was in recovery from the 40km charity walk the Sunday before (was so sore and stiff for the first half of the week, hobbling around, and the mega blister on the bottom of my foot continued to be tender for even longer), so stuck to restorative yoga, focused on legs, hips & feet. Today is the first day I've felt recovered enough to do a proper "workout" workout.
I finally got that DEXA scan done. Still trying to get my head around the results and work out what the key things I should be working towards. My fat, muscle and bone results are all good, in the healthy-and-above-average space. This is always a relief to know after huge weight loss, as there are various hypotheses out there that people are at risk of losing muscle etc.
My goal is to lose 2.6kgs fat (5.7lbs) and gain 1 kg of muscle (2.2lbs). (n.b. the day I had the scan my weight was up 1.8kg (4lbs) from the weight I'm trying to maintain, so I don't think I need to adjust my maintenance goal weight to counter these goals).5 -
What is everyone doing to keep moving?
Here in Australia we haven't got to that stage yet, they've only just brought in a ban for events of over 500 people, but everyone is still working and going to school (except, yeah, people who have been overseas have to self-isolate for 14 days). Personally, I think our political leaders are dragging their feet and should learn from other countries, and put in preemptive measures rather than waiting for it to get really bad.
Anyhoo...
I do 'Yoga With Adrienne' (free on YouTube) and use the '7 minute workout' app from Johnson and Johnson (I do the 'beginner' level 3 times in a row, plus warm up and cool down, for a total 30 mins) at home. No special equipment needed. I also run, though that might not be helpful if people are in self-isolation.

Many things are changing and many things will change in the current climate. Things will be tougher than normal which you may consider a sacrifice on your part. We are being asked to be sensible, look after each other and tough it out for a period of time. All for what? Well, so a few million people across the globe don't die - kind of worth it. I expect my situation to get a lot tougher as I work in travel, it won't change the fact I have an amazing family, great friends and reasonably good health. I'm going to stick with those things whatever else changes and make the most of what we do have. It really is, could be, and has been, a lot worse for many so keep smiling people! At the very least it makes others wonder what you've been up to! 😊4

I'm really losing track of my goals. I haven't worked out in 9 days and I completely binged out on snacks yesterday. I'm definitely in a downward spiral. I usually track my weeks from Sunday through Saturday which means I'd keep on this path and start fresh on Sunday. That's too long. I am starting fresh today. I can do this. Please help hold me accountable!8

My dad is now out of the hospital, however my parents are bickering like two politicians in an election year. I keep saying "what a month to stop drinking." I am very proud that I have only had one stress binge - the Hershey's kisses last week.
One day at a time... that is all we can do.8 -
Hi everyone! We started a F2F community thread where anyone can post their tips and online resources for staying motivated and healthy during this difficult time. I amassed everything I could pull from our team WNM thread. Please feel free at any time! Let’s stay motivated and support one another!

I will NOT be weighing in tomorrow.. I don't think.
I know I am stress eating. I am sending 22 of my agents to work from home. That isn't an easy task in its self to make sure they can do that, plus making sure my home is good to go and etc.7
