I think I am out for the rest of the month due to missing weigh ins. I am very sorry and I would like to join again for April. I am starting a new routine now that my kids are all home and I'm working from home and the gyms are closed and I woukd appreciate the accountability.4 -

Wohoo! That's a big jump. I was exercising some MAJOR self discipline this week and turned down icecream. That is a HUGE weakness for me. I could eat ice cream every meal every day forever. Especially Mochi.

Content with maintenance with all the disruption
It's been several days since anything I would consider a binge. I'm really doing an Intuitive style of eating and my relationship with food is far better than it was even 3 months ago. Still I'm eating an amount of calories (and I know becaue I track!) that is too much for my body.

Sorry all. Despite best efforts the eating habits have changed due to WFH and missus asking me to be vegetarian for a few days First increase in about 8 weeks.
Will bounce back in April.

I didn't have access to a scale during weeks 2 & 3 while on vacation and eating meals in the minivan while on the road (with all of the closed restaurants) didn't lend themselves to healthy eating. WFH isn't easy ideal but I'm getting back to a routine and plan to be back on a downward weight curve again in April.4 -
