    To those of you struggling to stay on track while dealing with "shelter in place", "stay at home", or whatever you call it... I've been working from home since May 2012. I live in Montana, my company is in Colorado and my boss lives in Kansas. June 2016 was my last visit to the office. I work on projects as they come to me and try to be available throughout the day. Most days I can workout when suits me, the amount of daylight, or the weather.

    It is a real struggle to get steps / do workouts while working from home. If I just sit and work without breaks, I've had days with less than 2,000 steps. Some things I've done over the years ... Set a timer to ring every 45 minutes to remind me to get up and MOVE ... Get outside and walk or run at least 1 mile each day ...of course YouTube videos.

    Other stuff: Centering Prayer app [Be Still and let go of things you cannot control] ... Be Productive = Make a list of projects you've never had time to do before .... Do not have news on 24/7 ... Focus on what you CAN DO not what you CAN'T DO. Replace FEAR with FAITH.

    Things can go well if you remember to take charge of your day/time.

    AmyG1982 - We just got back from vacation a few hours ago. We had no scales at the hotels or resort so Saturday, March 7th was my last recorded weigh-in but I'll be submitting my next one as planned on Saturday the 28th.

    I think I am out for the rest of the month due to missing weigh ins. I am very sorry and I would like to join again for April. I am starting a new routine now that my kids are all home and I'm working from home and the gyms are closed and I woukd appreciate the accountability.

    Managed to stay the same, still working out on my exercise during this lockdown, so i actually call this a win

    Wohoo! <3 That's a big jump. I was exercising some MAJOR self discipline this week and turned down icecream. That is a HUGE weakness for me. I could eat ice cream every meal every day forever. Especially Mochi.

    Content with maintenance with all the disruption
    It's been several days since anything I would consider a binge. I'm really doing an Intuitive style of eating and my relationship with food is far better than it was even 3 months ago. Still I'm eating an amount of calories (and I know becaue I track!) that is too much for my body.

    I didn't have access to a scale during weeks 2 & 3 while on vacation and eating meals in the minivan while on the road (with all of the closed restaurants) didn't lend themselves to healthy eating. WFH isn't easy ideal but I'm getting back to a routine and plan to be back on a downward weight curve again in April.
