Today's update - after having a bad week , I am going strong and back on plan and I've felt the positive benefits and feel soooo much better . I had steak pie, chips and green beans and was absolutely delicious and filling . I also just want to thank everyone's help and support I couldn't of done this without you all ,,,, your all absolutely amazing angels β€πβ€πβ€

Today's update - I've felt great today ,,,, been keeping myself busy and occupied ,,,, for my meal I had onion rings , spicy chicken, rice and this beautiful new chilli sauce and it was sooooo nice ,,,, I also had a bit of daim chocolate and three flapjack mini bites ππππ

Today's update - forgot to upload yesterday so here's my meal which was super yummy ,,,, spag bohl with a handful of cheese ( the cheese makes all the difference π) and three mini garlic bread bites ,,,, it was soooo good and I feel like I'm getting fuller before I finish it now but I make sure I finish it all because I know I won't be eating for another 23 hours ,,,, also yesterday I had no snacks which is a huge deal for me so I am getting better with it and just sticking to plan ππππ I feel much better and have super energy today ,,,, hope your all doing well and are staying safe ππππ

Today's update - forgot to upload yesterday so I'll update you ,,,, my meal for yesterday was lasagne (can't you tell I'm a cheese addict), green beans, and roast potatoes , I also had a bit of chocolate but didn't over indulge ,,,, forgot to take a picture sorry π ,,,, I also do a workout every night just to make me feel better it's the 100 squats a day challenge ,,,, I'm not going to lie my legs feel like jelly but it's good for burning calories and toning up ππππ0

My meal today was meatball and cheese pizza , chips and chilli sauce ππππ ,,,, unfortunately I couldn't finish it all so I managed one slice of pizza , ate all the chips and had a scotch egg ,,,, was amazing though ππππ

Hi there, I'm back! Sorry I haven't been on for awhile , I've been really busy and been stressed and worried , doesn't help with all this corona virus! Hope everyone is safe and is doing well πβ€! Anyway during the last couple of months I've put on soooo much weight that I feel really uncomfortable and miserable, so I'm going to do OMAD again as it really works and enjoyed it a lot last time!0
