Knee somewhat better. Was able to walk farther today but neck and shoulders hurt. I’ve lost about ten pounds since the holidays, so I guess that’s good.0 -

@batgirl140 I am entirely in the same boat as you. I sort of fell off the wagon myself and the truth is, I'm mostly still fitting in my clothes and whatnot, but I gained back 20 lbs. So at the end of the day I'm really mostly okay with it, but I don't want to be here so I'm back on the losing path myself. And as for cooking, I tend to do a lot of meal prep so I am not cooking all the time. That really helps me feel like I'm not cooking all the time.

Nearly did not want to post, embarrassed. I know that my emotions are creating havoc with my eating and exercise and I need to get control. I need to be more selfish and worry first about my own health.

@AB0215 I’m not fitting in my clothes and it’s upsetting. I’m at the age that my body is going to start carrying my weight differently so it doesn’t feel the same as before. I don’t like it. Gaining has messed with my hormones too I’m a bit of a mess.
