    I had a good day of moving. I did 7.0 miles on the stationary bike before dinner and then GF and I went out for a walk. We did the first half together and then when we passed the house, she peeled off and I put the hammer down for a total walk of 2.4 miles. Thankfully there was enough of a breeze and the sun was down far enough that it was mostly comfortable. A little buggy, but tolerable.

    The good news is job security, the bad news is our secretary is leaving sometime the week of June 22 instead of July 2. I've spent the past three days learning parts of her job. Amazing how much I don't know. :)

    Not sure what I'm going to do today, but will probably get at least a walk in, maybe a bike ride too. Feeling good about all the activity I'm getting done this month. :smile: Probably going to need to raise my goal or just get a ton of bonus miles in.

    2 miles before work. The gym will be opening in a very limited capacity next week. Outdoor classes, sign in the day before, only 23 at a time, limited equipment and more. I'll be glad to take it in whatever capacity.
