I miss the two magic numbers challenge. I tried to keep at it myself. Have been doing ok in the water intake but suck at the step count1

Just a thought, but if you're struggling to meet your step count maybe it's worth reducing the number to something manageable (but a little stretching) and then slowly upping the target over a few weeks?

I'm back in my office for a Friday afternoon to do software updates. Weird being back, left in March. A Friday afternoon watching a computer load security updates for MS Office 2016 is so great. Somehow VPN won't handle it. The best part is having my workout behind me. So, Jessica doesn't like chocolate--now I don't know where to send the Godiva delivery truck.2

It was so great being able to cook fresh food again. I made grilled chicken fajitas and a homemade mango avacado salsa for dinner yesterday.. Half the ingredients you cannot even find in the local grocery store where they live.5 -
