Welcome back, we missed you. 🤗Holy ****!! I had no idea that the July Challenge had started....didn't June just begin, like yesterday??? (I guess I really have been gone awhile!)
Okay, after a rough week and half/two weeks, I think I am back. I am able to go back to work in my very limited part time capacity, but that is all I need, to have some human interaction. I did not buy cookies at the grocery store, so that is also a step in the right direction. My husband and I received two social invitations for July over the weekend; My sister wants to have a family barbecue and my BIL invited us to the cottage. It is amazing what having something to look forward to does for one's mental well-being!!
I feel like such a schmuck....I have two solid months, so I figure it's a good time to come back to TBBT. And then before we even reach the halfway mark, I flake! But, that is in the past....nothing I can do about that now. Time to look forward.
Good thing I had a great Sunday.....so I can start July on the right foot.

Really excited about starting a new month. This challenge is really holding me accountable and I’m finally starting to lose again after almost a year of gains and a 4 month stall. Good luck everyone and stick with it!!
Great weigh in! I'm glad you are finding success with this challenge.1

What are you doing to make it easier to keep up the motivation to exercise daily and stay under calories?
Have you had any struggles this week ?1

@brandi_84, I am feeling completely in the zone this week....apparently, I am an all or nothing kind of gal!!0

Loving having my husband home in the middle of the week...we went for an hour long walk around the golf course trail, and we found 10 golf balls, so he was a happy camper. Then we came home and cut back some vines....made a huge difference!! (An old house with old landscaping in the backyard that we just try to work with!) We will barbecue some steaks for supper, and generally just chill. I don't know if there are any other Canadians on team TBBT, but Happy Canada Day!!4

@richmondwriter, only over by 38, so not bad at all, but yeah, try getting some more protein in!1

Happy Canada Day to you! Enjoy!! Chilling with some grilled steaks sounds like a fine way to celebrate. Be sure to throw in a glass of wine. ;-)0

            Weigh In
 Last: 263.0
 This: 262.2
I can’t say I didn’t want a bigger loss. But after losing around 8lbs last week (before I rejoined this challenge) I kind of expected a smaller loss this week.
Really missing getting weights in at the gym. All I can really do right now is walk a few miles at night.3
