    I have one word..... rhubarb. Rhubarb in and on everything. My plants are going Spring crazy. Rhubarb & cucumber salsa on chicken. Rhubarb in borscht (ok, not LC but truly delicious.) Stewed rhubarb for dessert sweetened with Sweet Leaf Strawberry Kiwi stevia water drops.

    Garden goodies, a mess of beet greens from thinning a friend's garden (only a small part of a large brown grocery bag full) that I cooked up with paneer and lemon and spices for a delicious Indian dish. And beautiful fragrant peonies for our dining room table. It was a lovely Friday night. Oh yeah, and our wine club shipment came in today too. :cheers:
