    yes. Thank you. Although my eyes are more swollen today and I was feeling somewhat better yesterday. But I woke up this morning and felt like someone kicked me in the side of the head. But just part of the recovery process. Thanks so much for asking. <3

    Frustrated about the gain this week. But when I came home from hospital I had gained 5lbs and since then I lost 3 of those pounds. So no complaints there. I'll get back on track.

    Going in the wrong direction. Unfortunately I have been on Prednisone for the last week and it has made me absolutely miserable. I can't sleep, I feel bloated .....yuck. Last week I wasn't so great with my steps either (only 55,000 for the week). I have had a bad cough and the Dr. thinks it could be inflammation from allergies. I hope this week is better.
