    Monday’s check in
    Calories: under
    Exercise: none
    Water: ✅

    Steps 7/20 4,893

Yesterday, I feel like I did not accomplish much. I did my walk this morning even though I had a rough time getting going today. I am going to do some cleaning this afternoon and if I have time I am going to take a slow walk to the bookstore. It is hot and humid so I won’t be able to go very fast.

    Today’s goals
    1. Walk 30 minutes minimum ✅
    2. 10,000 steps ( I haven’t hit this in 3 days)
    3. Stay within calorie goal
    4. Drink 8 cups of water
    5. Bed by 10:30 pm

I just wanted to share what maybe considered a non scale victory. When I saw the rheumatologist yesterday we were discussing how well my rheumatoid arthritis and sjogrens have been doing. One of the big reasons is my weight loss. Fat cells cause an inflammatory response. I didn’t know this. So now I have even more motivation to lose the next 60 pounds.

Great job Linda :) ...... I have a problem with my knees and tailbone ... they do not hurt as bad since losing some of my weight :)

I'm sorry i missed weigh in yesterday. I'm having a rough few days. Mace my furbaby is in the hospital. I'm sitting outside waiting to find out what the diagnoses is. I had to start a Facebook fundraiser because yesterday they said they couldn't help him without 2200.00 up front. Im not asking you for money just share it if you feel compelled. I don't normally do things like this but this is my baby. I don't have children and never can so he means a lot to me.

I shared it in my Facebook page. Since we have Freya (my cat) we have been in the vet who knows how many times. Poor cat is quite unlucky and we have spent a tone of money for her. So I understand perfectly. I can not give any cent because I'm absolutely with no money but I will help in the ways I can.

Thank you so much! I'm sorry to hear your cat is unlucky. I hope her luck changes. Thank you for the share.

I am so sorry about Mace. I hope you check in to give us an update on how he is doing. I am going to share your fundraiser. I hope you get the money you need to take care of him. I will carry your weight from last week over.

I just updated the fundraiser but here is current situation. Mace is home tonight but we have to get up early tomorrow to drive an hour away to a specialist. Fingers crossed it goes well.

@wbs2020 - I'm so sorry for the loss of your furbaby. I lost both of my cats about two years ago. I'd had them from the day they were born 23 years ago. Still loved; still missed. The sadness does get easier with time. Feeling blessed I had them in my life ... that stays!!

@lindamtuck2018 - it's great you were able to spend family time together. I was able to spend several hours last Friday with my daughter. It was wonderful getting my hugs. I've really missed getting/giving lots of hugs (since early March lockdown). Hey!!! Really Great NSV!!

@mari_moulin - It sounds like you're getting quite the workout getting ready to move!! Hang in There!!
