On Tuesday I did 19min workout with Hasfit YouTube https://youtu.be/4Uzk6f2GnO8 .
I was too stiff to go out so I told my Aide rather than go out on 5 min walk out I'll do the supposedly 10 minute workout but it's actually longer but very proud because I did the whole workout with out stopping, may be ready for a longer one next week.

Didn't eat all my meals cause was fasting before my 3pm appt so only had dinner.
Had my Baraitric doctor's appointment yesterday, was shocked to see although I weigh in on Monday @514.4lbs (without shoes) knowing I didn't quite meet my 10lb goal for the month; I was just proud I didn't gain weight, but today I weigh in @513.2lbs (with shoes on, my doctors scale is usually 3lbs more than my home scale). So excited I met the goal set for this month.
She didn't check A1c said it was too soon so fasted for no reason 😥 but something to look forward to next month along with my goal of another ten pounds by 10/19
On another note my doctor was happy. She even wants me to bring in some of my (edible & tasty) Almond flour recipes next time😂😂
Also I got discharge from @home Physical therapy since I'm doing so well and able to move about outside.
Last but not least my BMI went down again from 88.1 to 86.7 plus my BP was normal for me 138/78 (1st time in 8 months)
