Hard for me to look at my LTD cuz it was 50 a few months ago but I binged almost 30lbs back on happy to see it going in the right direction again tho

I was going to log on last night but working in the ER the day of a full moon is NO JOKE! I didn't believe the superstitions, but it is REAL! We're talking all the weird stuff in like one day. From 2 patients to every room full in a matter of minutes! The good, the bad, and the downright ugly! lol
Anywho, I came home and pulled out my computer and passed out mid password *facepalm*
The good part was I got in my steps and then some!
The bad was I didn't get a lunch break so it was eat a bite here and there in between as you could...I had planned on getting a salad from the cafeteria but didn't get to go so I ended up nibbling on the pizza that our bosses had bought us.
My steps for 9/3 were 10,620. *raises the roof!*
I got an impromtu day off for a meeting with my little one's teacher so I am cleaning house, meal planning, and trying to rest a little. Tomorrow I will prep! If anyone has any fast, easy, and yum ideas for me, let me know! I will see ya'll later today! Make it great guys!

Weight Lifting- Took a rest day and plan to do day 3 for the week today or tomorrow
Decluttering- Finished taking everything out of the memory chest in our closet. It needs to be organized as there was so much stuff piled on top of it that needs to go in it, but there was no room. Going through some things in there was a huge blast from the past, I found myself laughing and reminiscing quite a lot while organizing. It was kind of nice.
Took a 50 minute walk around the neighborhood last night, left too late and it got dark on me. It's getting dark earlier now so I think if I can't leave the house by 7:30 I'll need to use the treadmill. I don't feel comfortable walking in the dark. I did get the rest of my steps in though. Still have just a bit of soreness in my muscles, mostly my triceps, but it's almost gone.

Finally passed the 10lb mark and BMI is officially under 35!!! Off to my socially distant weekend get away in red rock county.@lindamtuck2018 - I bet sodium is playing into the shocking number. Eat clean today, drink lots of water and watch that salt. It should right itself in a day or two
Congrats on meeting the 10 pound milestone! You are right sodium is playing a part. It has been crazy around here for a few days. I haven’t cooked a meal since Wednesday. We are eating out again tomorrow for a family celebration we missed last week. I can’t wait for Sunday to cook a meal again. Hopefully by next Friday things will be turning around.1 -

I am surprised my weight is starting to come back down today as we had subway for dinner last night. I did not binge last night so that helps. We are going out for dinner tonight for the family celebration we missed last weekend. We are going bowling after. The grandkids are going to sleep over too.
I am so sore from yesterday. The apartment is back in one piece. I could have done it over a couple of days but I was so sick of the disruption that we did it all last night. I may not have walked yesterday but I sure got exercise moving furniture.
Anyone doing anything exciting this long weekend?

Weight Lifting- Did not do. I had my niece for 12 hours and also it was grocery shopping day so I put it off.
Decluttering- Did not do anything but show my husband some very old hilarious homework he had done in grade school that him mom gave us. Need to finish organizing and put the stuff away, now it's all over the closet and floor. Funny how cleaning and organizing actually makes more of a mess for a bit.
Checked my steps in the early evening and was around 4400. I knew I wouldn't get an evening walk in since I had my niece until 9pm so I turned on a Leslie Sansone Walking video on YouTube. Chose one that said 30 minute fast pace. At the end I had gotten 4000 steps so I was happy. My 2 year old daughter did parts of it with me too, she thought it was funny.2 -

Plan to start back up with my other group and threads (stopped posting there 5-6 weeks ago. Maybe it will help me get my brain rewired so I can start losing again.)

I love your determination! Use all your resources to help you with this. I am struggling with binges at night. I gained over 6 pounds this week. It helps me to know I can come here in the morning and say I didn’t binge. Maybe you can try that with the snacking. Be accountable to the group every day with a check in of how you did with the snacking the night before.0 -
Congrats to everyone who had a loss this week .... I have been weighing daily with my new wifi scale so I can see a trend with the app on my phone .. I am not liking it because my weight is back up ....and I haven't done anything different other than working out 5 days a week ...oh and I upped my carbs to low carb (50g) = 10% instead of the keto which is 5% carbs .... I will not give up but I am not happy ...I use a TDEE calculator to determine my calories which includes exercise ...so I eat 2008 calories a day and put a 1 when I workout so that it doesn't change my calories and that it shows when I workout..I find this method easier than MFP ...Hope everyone has a great weekend ... It is going to be 109 here today and 110 tomorrow YUCK ...I am so looking forward to cooler weather1

It was nice to eat in a restaurant as this was my first time since the pandemic shut everything down. I did end up going over for the day and I didn’t have correct calorie counts on the food. The good news is I did not binge last night. Yay! We had fun bowling but I would never make a team. Today will be a game day with the grandkids.

I forgot my watch charge so my steps haven’t synced. I was able to close my exercise and activity rings before it died and only had 9/12 stand goals met in the 1:00 hour. I would have definitely closed all three rings but I’m not sure if I was able to capture it before the battery died. We are heading home today, so I will have to hustle when I get home if I want to close the rings today. Depending on the time I get home, I may just start all over tomorrow. I’m going to miss the cooler air and views of Sedona, its still 113 degrees at home🥵0
