    12300 steps and 1156 calories yesterday. I think I was out and about and had a piece of pizza no way to be sure of the calories. But it was good. 😉

    As an example: today we walked 4 miles (5K plus a bit), two miles to the bakery and two back. Yes, bakery. I figured bakery porn would be mean. so no photoes of the raspberry cream danish. And I saw a bunch of truly perfect roses. IN NOVEMBER! The weather was super nice. I was a bit cocerned we might get rained on but the clouds cleared away.Time was ~75 minutes.

    Yesterday wasn't that bad, but wasn't great. Work had free food... I couldn't pass it up. I have only part of my meals today since I forgot to bring breakfast and dinner to work. So 2 days in a row without my full meals. Im exhausted working 3 days in a row (12hr shifts). Hopefully tomorrow and the rest of the week will be better.
