I literally don’t have and clothes that fit me anymore. Between my birthday yesterday and thanksgiving today I feel so fat and disgusting.
Sorry guys. Just having a -feeling sorry for myself -wishing I could control myself moment.
I get you been this but this tomime around determined to succeed so when I go to these gatherings I put the control in other people's hands. For example had my sister make me one plate for dinner and dessert and cut me off. It's had to release that control but overtime a little step at a time and you'll get there. I know you have it in you!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
