    COVID swab came back negative and I am back in the real world. Feeling really good about Christmas holidays and the up-side of not having all the norm of family gatherings and festivities-I think I can keep my momentum going right into January. I commit to being on this discussion post more -I find it very gelling to hear about everyone’s ups and downs, triumphs, challenges and lessons learned-thanks to you all for sharing your journey.

    I get you been this but this tomime around determined to succeed so when I go to these gatherings I put the control in other people's hands. For example had my sister make me one plate for dinner and dessert and cut me off. It's had to release that control but overtime a little step at a time and you'll get there.
