Goals/day/comments: Worked all day again and had some cravings for unhealthy foods, but stuck to healthier options. I don’t work tomorrow so I’m planning to take a longer walk tomorrow.5 -

Hoping not to be up next week in weight.. I have been off the rails for the last 2 days... I have to say goodbye to my kitty that I had for 14 years on Monday ... Trying to get back onto eating better but when I get sad I just graze eat...and it is usually all the bad food in the house. Fingers crossed I can get my act together and tomorrow will be a better food day.7

Have to weigh in a day early because of work. This puts me back where I was in December before my end of month gain, I'll take it but was hoping for more. Works remains stressful but I was able to better manage my sugary snacking. Making sure I get in my workouts before a weekend of playoff football and wings (Go Bills!) Does anyone know of any challenge is going on that has more a daily accountability wirh more interaction - if any of you remember there used to be a survivor challenge that was always kept you going. I need more accountability TIA0
