    Goals/day/comments: Today was a good day with my eating and getting in a walk. But not so great mentally. I need to get out of my funk before I start binging on bad food to feel better. I hope tomorrow is better. One more day until my weigh in. I'm hoping to have lost something. :)

    Hi everyone just catching up with the posts now, well done everyone!

    I havent been logging everyday I have had s super busy week....we are currently in lockdown here and I have 4 children to homeschool plus finishing my degree, writing my assignments and completing my final placement! Yikes it's been busy and I'm so glad its the weekend!
