I havent been logging everyday I have had s super busy week....we are currently in lockdown here and I have 4 children to homeschool plus finishing my degree, writing my assignments and completing my final placement! Yikes it's been busy and I'm so glad its the weekend!

Hello everyone,
I just want to let you know that I will leave the team because I have reach my goal 😁weight and I won't be losing anymore.
I have been on mfp for abour 7 years... (Wow! Time goes by...). I started at 195lbs and I'm now 135. I lost 60lbs.
I had ups and downs (of course). I lost the weight slowly, I mostly created new habits, good ones, and I know they are there to stay!
I wish you all good luck with your journeys. But, you already know it's not about luck... For me it was learning perseverence. Learning to "start" again and again and again.
