    Hi everyone!

    I don't comment on here everyday (I try but with 4 children, 3 currently home schooled due to Covid restrictions) a full time job and finishing my degree, my life is a little hectic to say the least!

    However, I am tracking my food and so far so good. Counting calories is all totally new to me so some days are better then other but from my point of view its a journey not a race!

    Weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed for a loss!

    Goals/Day/Comments: The weight workout from today will probably make me miserable for a couple of days but I know strength is important. I hit the rest of my daily goals!

    Exercise: Yes, 20 min. walk with the pup after work. Lots of walking at working today too.
    Goals/Day/Comments: Haven't been craving junk foods at all over the past few days. Craving veggies and healthy foods. I've been sleeping better at night and more energy during the day.

    Exercise: It was storming out and didn't feel like going for a walk in it.
    Goals/ comments: Went over my calories because by the end of the day I was super hungry still so ate a few more snacks than I should have. In hind sight I shouldn't have had certain leftovers for dinner because it was high in calories and not very filling. But there's always another day.

    Goals/ comments: Today was a lot better than yesterday. I was able to get out and take a walk and ate pretty good today and the meals I had kept me full.
