Hi everyone!
I don't comment on here everyday (I try but with 4 children, 3 currently home schooled due to Covid restrictions) a full time job and finishing my degree, my life is a little hectic to say the least!
However, I am tracking my food and so far so good. Counting calories is all totally new to me so some days are better then other but from my point of view its a journey not a race!
Weigh in tomorrow so fingers crossed for a loss!4 -

So excited! For Christmas I got a new garmin watch. So I ordered a speed sensor and cadence sensor (i have my road bike up on a trainer). It arrived yesterday. I got it all set up and paired and tried it out tonight.5

Exercise: It was storming out and didn't feel like going for a walk in it.
Goals/ comments: Went over my calories because by the end of the day I was super hungry still so ate a few more snacks than I should have. In hind sight I shouldn't have had certain leftovers for dinner because it was high in calories and not very filling. But there's always another day.1 -
