So excited! For Christmas I got a new garmin watch. So I ordered a speed sensor and cadence sensor (i have my road bike up on a trainer). It arrived yesterday. I got it all set up and paired and tried it out tonight.5

Exercise: It was storming out and didn't feel like going for a walk in it.
Goals/ comments: Went over my calories because by the end of the day I was super hungry still so ate a few more snacks than I should have. In hind sight I shouldn't have had certain leftovers for dinner because it was high in calories and not very filling. But there's always another day.1 -

Goals/ comments: Today was a lot better than yesterday. I was able to get out and take a walk and ate pretty good today and the meals I had kept me full.2 -

I feel like I'm on a hamster wheel. I try not to stress out with everything going on around me because I tend to eat poorly and without thinking but eating makes me feel less stressed. I need to get it together if I ever plan to make any progress.2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: Today's exercise was a hard one. Everything kept getting put in front of it and I had 0 interest in doing it after the frustrations of the day. Then I said just 30 minutes and after 30 I figure another 30 wouldn't be too bad. Food and water was fine.2 -
