Oh yeah, and awesome news!!! The lady at the veggie store looked at me when I walked in yesterday, and she mentioned that she could tell i am losing weight! It felt so good to have someone besides my partner recognize the changes in my body!

Even though my MFP starting weight is 200lbs because it's a nice even number, i had actually gotten up to 204.. so I'm really over 20lbs down!!

I'm feeling so optimistic that I'll keep going strong and reach my goal of 160 lbs by my birthday, and then keep working hard to get to my goal of 145 by the end of the year 💐💐💐🎶

It makes me feel so happy to know that I'M DOING THIS!! 😁😁

    Thanks for the motivation ladies!!

    WE'VE GOT THIS!! 🌈🌈

So I went overboard this week. Trying to save money and eat out less. Its much harder to eat your calories in veg, etc. So I'll have to be more diligent this week.

    1/13/21 226
    1/6/21 227
    12/30/20 230

I lost 1 lb this week, so I'm now at my mini-goal of 180 pounds!! :) 20 pounds lost so far!
Now I'm halfway to my goal for this May birthday challenge, and 1/3 of the way to my final goal of 140!
Really want to keep this momentum up <3

    Challenge SW: 121.0 kgs
    18/11: 120.4 kgs
    25/11: 120.3 kgs
    02/12: 120.8 kgs
    09/12: 118.5 kgs
    13/12: 117.9 kgs
    08/01: 120.9 kgs
13/01: 117.3 kgs (mini goal for new years - only 2 weeks over so not bad!)
27/03: 117.6 kgs (considering that my food intake has been less than great I'm not too upset this at all and think it went down because my knee swelling has gone down too)

So, it's only my second week at my new job and I had to take 2 days off 🙄🙄🙄 I knew I'd have teething issues with my knee and things but fml. I can't seem to get a hold of my food intake and my knee has been so sore I was walking like an old lady around the office on Monday 🙄🙄🙄 I have taken Tuesday and Wednesday off and my knee feels so much better! It seems I need one day off a week to do *kitten* all for my knee to get a break. Guess it'll have to be Sundays. I can't wait to move into my new apartment on 6th Feb with my partner. He has said he will help me as much as he can with food and walks (and making me do chores lol) so it'll be good. I know I have to make the final decision but it'll be great to have his support and help.

I have the dietitian zoom group call on Tuesday 16 February. I got the email today. I need to printout the pdfs at work so I can have a proper look and also my partner will have a bit of reading to do when he gets the chance to read the handouts about the WLS.

@cowsanddogsarecute what a bummer about your knee :( It'll be great to have the support of your partner. My husband is great in so many ways, but he is an enabler when it comes to food and exercise. He's been cooking every night, which is great and horrible at the same time. The food is great, but I have no idea how many calories are in the meals.
So, because I have not been tracking calories well, I have gained back a pound.
I've also been slacking on exercise lately. Today is a good wake up call to get back on track!
    SW: 175.5lbs
    Last week: 165lbs
    CW: 166lbs

I'll keep eating my husband's delicious food, but cut the portion size down.

Also gained a pound. I'm hoping it's just because I ate most of my calories just before I went to bed last night. Either way part of the game so I'll keep plugging away.

@cowsanddogsarecute hope you're knee continues to feel better with the rest. Hope your new apartment is a great adventure 😃
