I’m new! I did one of these challenges last year pre-pandemic. I’m just now facing my gains over the last year and getting my butt in gear. I’m a solo parent, doing virtual learning, and in a major job transition this year. The good part is I have more flexibility and time than ever, due to being underemployed lol.
I’ve decided to only weigh in once a week this time around, trying to play the long game this time as I have a very big number to lose.4 -
Hi! I’m also new and looking forward to this challenge. I retired last October and of course now dealing with arthritis in one of my knees! Ah the fun of getting older! Hopefully I will lose some weight to help with that and am planning a trip to Arizona in April for some hiking so need to get moving!

Good morning guys. I am new this group thiis month. I have participated in this challenge in the past and it’s always been great to help me refocus or stay motivated. Exercise has been my biggest stress relief and the most consistent thing in my life right now. My struggle is cleaning up my diet. This week my goal is simply to log all the foods I eat and drink more water, and go from there!

Hi all. I've been on this team for just about 2 years now. I went from 250 pounds to low 170s and I have been slacking the last couple of months with not logging and creeping into my old eating habits. I refuse to get into the same cycle of gaining weight back after losing it! This is a lifelong process. Good luck all!3 -

Hi guys, I have been here before but life side tracked me. I have gained over 40 pounds in the last yearand I am tired of making excuses. I have a closet full of clothes that cannot fit and I refuse to buy clothes to accommodate this size. I also refuse to go on a stronger BP med or have to take Diabetes med, so here I am in it for the health and the clothes.

I had a big whoosh this first week which I know is water weight/ bloat coming off but it is still nice to see that scale jump down to kick start me! Now for the marathon...

Hey all! This is my first time doing a monthly challenge and I’m lookin forward to the motivation. This winter (and excessive quarantine baking) has gotten me behind where I feel best.
My goals this month are to close my rings daily and eat clean.
My current weight: 132
My goal weight: 120ish
Not too fixated on a specific goal #, but when I like how I look naked I’ll know I’ve hit it.

Hi All,
Had a good day - got my swim in, painted for 5 hours...not bad! I made my favorite cooking light chicken enchilada recipe - so good and only 260 calories for two! It is a bit of work to prepare but worth it!
