Yeeeeees. Work is incredibly stressful lately but I've been using exercise to cope instead of sugar which is clearly working on the scale and is helping my migraines as well. Hope everyone has a great weekend!4 -

I got in three days of exercise this past week and I constantly had a water bottle in my hand. My goal is a gallon a day. Right now, I'm about 1/2 gallon a day but that's a major improvement from one glass a day in the old days.3 -

Hello team! I find that I need to step down as team captain after the challenge ends next week. I just can't keep up with everything. I am newly diagnosed with MS, my dad just had a massive heart attack this week and I need to help take care of him for a while (he is ok
