HOW IT ALL WORKS:
Every challenger weighs in on their chosen day, every week without fail! At the end of each week, the tallies are done to determine the team and individuals with the most weight lost. The best losers are announced with full fanfare every Sunday. The team competition is all in good spirits - may the most losing win!
We also track those small, steady losses with the Green Week count. If you lose, however small an amount, it counts for 1 week in the green. At the end of the month we celebrate everyone who lost every week. You are heading steadily towards your goal even if you aren't at the top of the weight loss leaderboard!
To make your weigh-in easy to find for your team Captains, please put it right at the top of a message, and use this format:
Username
Weigh In Day:
PW (Previous Weight):
CW (Current Weight):
If you need a week off, a break, a change of weigh-in day - just ask your Captains here on your team chat page. If you take a break, you are moved to the Support Team. You can remain on the Support Team for as long as you need to. You still participate in the discussions and weigh in if you want to, but your weigh-ins will not be counted on the weekly tally. If you miss two weigh-ins in a row without asking for a break, you will be dropped from the team, so be sure to ask if you are travelling, sick, or just needing some time off.
Once you reach your goal weight, you join the Goal Zone! You need support to maintain, and you can help your teammates join you. You continue to weigh in every week, and if you have 2 weeks above your self-defined goal zone, you go back to the regular team to lose that amount before it builds up. You will have a chance to hone those maintenance skills and stick with your team!
In addition to your own team, there are weekly F2F Full Group CHALLENGES. You can do all or none - it's up to you. Participating adds a lot to your success, so we hope to see you there often! These can involve anything fitness, health, or nutrition - and they’ll get you moving, thinking, and learning about this journey. Check the Announcements section for full group challenges.
Let’s show our fellow challengers some F2F love! Introduce yourselves right away, and let the new month and year begin!!

Hi Assets!
Looks like I’m starting off our monthly introductions once again, gotta love my time zone lol. I’m 29, live near Helsinki, Finland with my husband and currently expecting our first child, so I’m in the support team without a weight loss goal.
My health goals for April are, well, suited to my current state of misery after a rough beginning of pregnancy:
- Less nausea, hopefully
- Learn to eat vegetables without puking again (lovely side effect of the nausea, I can only keep carbs, dairy and meat down consistently)
- Leave the apartment every day, even if it’s just to walk around the block
Our next ultrasound is in 2.5 weeks, and I can’t wait to make sure everything looks good for our little one. It’s on the same day my 2nd trimester starts, and I hope it will be a turning point for both my nerves and my nausea.
I sincerely hope you all have an easier time and can move towards your weight loss goals!7 -

My name is Tanya -I live in Ontario, married and 2 kids 15,11. I have been slow and steady with my loss since October-about 38 pounds. This group has helped me with a lot of self-discovery and being honest with myself. I don’t have any concrete issues with food, I don’t even really care for food...to me it is sustenance. I am always so busy with work and family and life, that I de-prioritize my health, which is so so important to me. I don’t plan ahead or prep all the nutritious food I buy -to fuel my body -half the time the greens all go bad in the fridge because I didn’t make it/me a priority. And of course when I do eat late when I get home -it’s sometimes 8,9,10- and it’s not terrible food, but it’s there..so I eat. Maybe I need to build a new relationship with food -like dating and I need to get excited about the things I actually like and find ways to make time to enjoy them. Easier said and I hope I can walk the talk on this one -your suggestions are always welcome 🙏🏼.4

Hello y'all!! Spring has sprung and I need to start a new routine!! March felt better....but I can tell I am still allowing too many treats to slip in. Time for me to get serious. I'm Lacey! Mom of two! Business owner of many businesses now!! Hahah stay ridiculously busy lately!! I gotta stop the caffeine and make time for the workouts!! Cut the sugar in half!! Really watch my portions!! Me and food have been close for a long time! I have a very close relationship to anything etable! Addiction is a great word for it. Right now it's life savers. I can eat a 1000 in one sitting!! 10 life savers is 150 calories and a ridiculous amount of sugar! Plus they hurt my teeth!! Gotta cut em from my life like a backstabbing friend!! It's over I am breaking up with you!! I am really trying. Went to the pharmacy got some new thyroid vitamins went caffeine free yesterday and I polished off the mints!! Not Buying More!! This month I will have green!!2

I am Beka, one of your Team Captains and Group Moderator. My counterpart and bestie is Julie, aka@Boehle.
I am 44, married, mom of 2 daughters, Mimi of one amazing grandson, and human mom to 3 fur babies. I usually live in the beautiful mountains of Northern Georgia, but currently residing in Florida as I am acting nanny to my sweet grandson who just turned one.
I started my journey 3 years ago at 242 lbs, lost down to 174 (-68 lbs) and maintained almost 9 months before gaining back to 232. It is only failure if you quit... right???
For my second time around, I am currently down about 63 lbs from my highest...
STATS
Age: 44
Height: 5'7"
Highest weight: 242, November 2016
Current weight: 179
Goal Weight: SEXY AF
March Goals:
Just a copy and paste from prior months...
- 165 lbs
- Reduce my binging
- Reduce intake of sugary foods
- focus on consistency of steps.
If you have not already, feel free to friend me. Please make your diaries open. Your teammates (umm - or me) might want to borrow your ideas that keep you in check.2 -
Ok guys... I pretty much checked out in March. I gained 3.2 lbs last month and I know why - I stopped tracking, stopped drinking water and ate what ever the heck I wanted. I stress ate a lot.
Now that March is over, let's focus on April. Last week, I had a health scare - found a lump in my breast. It scared me soo bad, but I am fine. I am very thankful that my doctor, his office and a group of radiologist jumped into action and gave me a clean bill of health.
During my 3 days of panic, I stress ate. Also during these 3 days I spent 6 hour with my elderly dad at the ER having chest pains... then my basement flooded. More basement issues....
Also during this time, I had the thoughts that I should give my body only the best fuel and give it more consistent movement. Reason being -- if this had been a REAL issue, my body would have been better suited to fight off the bad stuff.
I am refocused to clean up my act for the future of my health. Can't hurt, right???9 -

Who's joining me for this Challenge? I'm the only one in this group that has been doing this since the beginning of the year!!0 -
@Beka3695 I hope your Dad is okay? I'm so glad you got a clean bill of health. I have to go for additional imaging on my right breast on Wednesday. I've never been called back like this. I'm hoping it's just because I've lost so much weight (my boobs are back to a size A) so the images are hard to compare to previous years. I hope things calm down for you so you can focus on yourself again.3

Hi everyone!
My name is Wendy. I live in Wisconsin with my husband and two dogs. I've been on the rollercoaster of weight loss for about 20 years. Something clicked in my head when we were sent home to work because of COVID. I decided I would go back to work smaller than when I left. Being at home has made it much easier to get my eating under control and start exercising again.
I have lost 60 pounds from my heaviest weight of 214. I use intermittent fasting, 16:8, and watch my calories during the week. Weekends are much more laid back and I usually don't track at all.
I am 13 pounds away from my goal of 140 by my 45th birthday which is July 1, 2021.
I am having knee surgery on May 3rd so exercise for me is very limited.
Welcome to all the new members! Feel free to add me as a friend!2 -
@imgwendolyn2015 sending you lots of strength and positivity!! Hope the call back is just because of faulty images!! You got this 🦾🦾1

Good morning from Northeast Wisconsin!
My name is Sara. I am a wife, mom of 3 adults, and Nana to 1 autistic 7 year old who lives with us every other week. I work in special education so my days are never boring!
I have struggled with yo-yo weight since 2nd grade! Since I will b
Turn 50 this year, that's a long time.
My reasons to lose weight include the following:
-get off blood pressure meds
-i want to shove it in the face of those who think I can't do it
- I want to be hot AF at 50
- Mental clarity and confidence

Dad is good. He has COPD and is also a chain smoker. I spent most of Tuesday cleaning his house while my mom is still in rehab - I can toss the mess with no argument. Well, I cleaned walls with a pretty strong chemical to get the nicotine off. This irritates his lungs and felt like it was his heart. It was all chemical irritation.
As far as the boobs... hearing the words “all healthy breast tissue” was right up there with “ten fingers ten toes!” I was so relieved I almost cried!!!5 -

Hello all! My name is Hannah and I'm 37 years old. I'm a PhD student in Political Science and mother to a toddler who keeps us busy! I hit my highest weight ever during the pandemic last summer at 214 pounds. I am now down to 191 and aiming for 140 which is the weight I have always felt best at. I started taking my health seriously when I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and realized I was on the road to diabetes and all kinds of health problems down the road. Reached an age where I realized that losing weight was about being healthy and living a good life rather than what my body looks like to other people!
I signed up for the habit tracker too. Looking forward to this challenge and the accountability!7 -

Thank you for the welcome! When I had GD I had to report my eating and numbers every day and it helped so much to have accountability. I'm glad to have this group!3 -
Hey Everyone,
I am a kindergarten teacher from Saskatchewan. I have two teenagers and we foster puppies. I like to run and bike. Finally getting some weather to get outside for biking! Although it is supposed to storm today!3 -
Ohhhhhhh, finally, new month, and a few minutes to stop in and say hello!!!! It's my first full month with all of you fabulous people and I am ready to rock it!!!
Hi! I'm Tanya, I'm 32 and I'm a Brit living in Toronto, Canada! I live with my partner, Gael and my 3 kitties.
At my highest weight, I was 375lb. I started going to a 12 step program to deal with my food addiction and I'm grateful to be binge-free and processed sugar-free since November 7th 2018. However, I still struggled with my weight, and I kept yo-yoing. In October of last year, I started to take a food plan more seriously, and it really made a difference! I was around 360lb in October, and right now I am sitting at just under 300lb! One day at a time
I have been off work since January due to issues with my gallbladder. I had surgery a couple of weeks ago and I'm recovering slowly. I am probably going to be going back to work at the end of the month. Which is great in a way, because I'm very active at my job (I'm a supervisor at Starbucks.) This month, or at least in the next 4 weeks specifically, I am going to focus on getting my stamina up, get back to my 5km walks, and spend some time dedicated to my studies- I started a BA in Psychology in January.
Tomorrow I am starting the "75 Medium" challenge. It's similar to the "75 hard" challenge that's going around tiktok right now but not as intensive. It gives me daily goals to focus on and rock! I typed up a little mini-journal and printed it off, and I can colour it in every day (basically similar to the habit tracker which I *have* signed up for this month!!
Here are my April SMART goals:
* Move around for 15 min minimum a day
* Drink 3L water
* Track all of my food- no sneaking, no lying to myself (I may have been doing that this last week a little )
* Stop eating at 8pm
* Study for half an hour
* Read 10 pages of a book a day
* Do one positive thing a day that makes me happy!
I am really excited for this month. My birthday is in 5 weeks and I was kinda hoping to be under 280lb. Even though it's not impossible, with my limited mobility I'm not sure if it's going to happen. But I will be happy to be close to it! It hasn't been the best week for me so not sure what the scale is going to say tomorrow. But I will take it on the chin, accept it, and get on with a fabulous new clean slate!
I'm so glad to be here guys, I really am.
Lets make April AHMAZING!!!5 -

One of my goals is also to honestly track everything I put in my mouth. It is so easy to "cheat" and not record the "bad" things, even though I know I will only be cheating myself.1 -
