Happy Saturday -- Good way to end the month with a 1.8 lb loss this week. 4.8 for the month is less than Jan and Feb but a number I like. On spring break with the family this week. Should get lots of steps in. Hope everyone has a great weekend.3 -

Apologies for missing Week3. I retreated and was under the weather but now much better.
In retreat, I ate just sugar, chocolate and biscuits as I was too tired to create a meal. The effect is, now I crave meat.
Since Thursday, I've eaten meat at every meal. First roast chicken, then beef burgers, drumsticks, peking duck and today I've got two steaks.
Feeling better for it. But need to ease off too much meat soon after my body has recovered.
Have a good week ahead.
GOALS
1. Go for walk daily for only 30mins
2. Drink warm than cold water with meals3 -
