:star:The Green Challenge :star: Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!! B)

grats to the team for last month's green win. you all rock. megan, can you please take me out of the steps? my fitbit said i walked 223 steps while i was sleeping last night. lol. on the serious side i don't know if i can walk enough on a daily basis. my b/p problem is starting to crop up a lot more often and so i may be ordered to stop walking completely. i almost passed out walking thru the grocery store today. on a fun note...today is national food on a stick day. so kebabs for dinner with fresh green beans. i hope everyone has a wonderful weekend.

Sorry that I have been MIA this week. Work was less stressful but still busy. I also had a busy week doing dance mom duties. The scale was up all week which really frustrated me. My calories have been under and I have been increasing intentional exercise so when the creep set in I lost my motivation.

I had my follow up appointment with my PCP and my calcium is still up and my parathyroid hormone (PTH) is not properly suppressed. I was on a diuretic for my blood pressure that could effect my calcium as well, so I stopped that and will recheck my calcium and PTH again in a couple of weeks. I know that stopping the diuretic is contributing to water retention and my weight gain but I still feel demotivated.

My rower is supposed to ship on Wednesday and I really hope that it does (it was already delayed once). I think getting the rower will get me motivated to exercise and that will kick this plateau to the curb. This week I will do better with tracking, sticking to my macros, drinking 90oz/day and get in 150 minutes of intentional exercise.

@Megan_smartiepants1970 - please keep me in the challenge with 10K steps

Hi everyone. Can’t believe April is almost here already! ☀️ 💐
This past week was weird for me, I was excessively tired almost all week. I account this to an infection I just got over early in the week and perhaps overtraining the week prior. I could did run, but I couldn’t do my speed work or do my long run. I am hoping that this week I’ll be back to my usual self.
I did weigh in at 136.9lbs. It is ok.
In general I have been trying to be more mindful about eating amd riding out cravings, but this past week I’ll admit I fell a bit short.

    April Goals:
    1. Lose 0.75 lb/week
    2. Exercise 150 min/ week
    3. Daily avg of 10K steps

    Plan:
    1. Post daily plan for the next day and progress for the day before
    2. Track accurately (I have been lazy)
    3. Get back to reading 'The Beck Diet Solution'

    Plan for tomorrow:
    1. Pack breakfast and lunch and eat what I packed
    2. 90 oz water
    3. Take 3 walking breaks at work
    4. Walk while daughter is in dance class instead of sitting in car.

Hi all, here for Monday check in. Wow, another new month, it's like you post the first post of the month, you blink and another has rolled around!

I'm pleased to say going into the 4th month of the year that my weight loss journey is still progressing nicely. The prospect of seeing the horizon of onederland at the end of the year is exciting to aim for!!

I'm aiming to get to 209.4 by end of year, which would mean a total loss of 50 pounds.. it'd be even better to get 205.4 then I could say I've lost 50 pounds in this year. I'm not sure if I will, but going to keep trying. Even when I hit 200, I'll still have another 40-50 pounds to go, trying to not get too discouraged by that as it's a long haul journey and, when at goal it needs to be sustainable as I have zero intention of getting back to my starting weight again.

I'm still on track with the no takeaways (takeout) since Christmas which may not seem like long, but it's an achievement for me as I had got into a bad habit of having them too regularly and no doubt helped pile on the pounds over time. A part of me regrets the mindless cycle I got in, but it's also part of what has got me to where I am today in fuelling me to stop that train and change the direction to a destination that's a healthier me.

I am planning to make chocolate cornflake easter nests this week for Easter (will try to track those) and, to have a takeaway during this month for birthday celebration. With tracking calories of pretty much everything I've ate since the start of the year, it'll feel mentally strange to eat such meals again. I feel I'm currently in the headspace of can enjoy it in those moments, but can also just jump back in track rather than letting it carry on which is good.

    Have a great week everyone!
