I actually thought I would have a small loss this week, but I sabotaged that yesterday. I spent the day doing some much-needed shopping for an upcoming trip and was so exhausted when I got home that we ordered pizza for dinner. Because of that salt bomb, I can’t even get my rings on today. So, off to guzzle water in hopes of flushing my system!5 -

Had a bit of a rough start this week but I still managed to squeeze out a loss, I am almost at the weight I was before I gained 2.4lb more and I think I can get that next week, I am super excited.3 -

I might be jinxing things just by mentioning this, but still. It seems that the 2nd trimester energy levels are here for real. I’ve been at work for 2 full weeks without any sick leave due to nausea, and yesterday I managed to go out on a walk after dinner, without any particular errand to run. This is already a 12-day streak of leaving the apartment, but yesterday was the first day I did it without my husband pushing me or having some sort of errand to run. I’m still napping every day, but lately only one nap per day instead of 2 or even 3.
I even did the first round of cleaning my wardrobe, boxing up almost all regular jeans, trousers, skirts and tights. I have approximately 30 pairs of yoga pants, all of them are now boxed up. If I have the time and energy tomorrow, I’ll do the first round of cleaning with tops and dresses. There shouldn’t be quite as much to put away, as my pre-pregnancy style revolved around skinny jeans combined with loose tops. Or maybe that’s today, I don’t even know anymore. It’s 4.30AM now, and my excitement of sleeping longer than usual before needing to use the bathroom quickly changed to the realization that I’m so hungry I have to get up for a snack. Anyway, I ordered a big box of maternity clothes online and they came yesterday, I’m still shocked that everything fit and I don’t have to return any of that stuff.4 -

I tried a couple of days of intermittent fasting this passed week plus upped by walking and water drinking. I think all together they helped me get rid of 2 more unwanted pounds.4 -
What a beautiful day for it!!! my apologies for my tardiness checking in today, I know I am little late and should have posted by, erm... February!
Interesting time, injured my knee in Jan, made it worse in Feb coming back too early, two year ends at my new job (we have Dec and our parent Co has Mar), every week I was the bad news bear - £30k worse for this, £50k worse for that until eventually I made the magical "Your results are £1M worse than when you bought the company last year" - good job on the due diligence Mr Auditor!
In the process many nights without sleep, stuffing my fat face (I knew what I was doing and ate a whole 3kg bag of jelly beans in a week) and no exercise so I imagine I will be around 230 lbs when I weigh in tomorrow.
The past cannot be changed, cycled to and from work for the last couple of days. Year end and most of the audit completed so I can get back to a routine. A long way from my target of running a marathon later this year but I have to do this!
I have read through all the posts I missed.
@hipari lots of highs and lows, hopefully you have your toothpaste sorted, yes I saw the Princess diaries and yes it is hormones!
@Beka3695 hopefully not slicing any more appendages! Great progress photos, I will try and emulate you and bounce back.
@littleflutterby hope you are well recovered from your surgery
@imgwendolyn2015 I feel you with the knee issue after my recent months, let's do this together and get active in a sensible way
@cre804 great steps and a real encouragement for me to get out there
@junedave3 you reckon diet and exercise - you could be onto something there, if it works write a book - you'll make fortunes!
To everyone share something more with us, I'd love to hear successes, offer support or just have a good laugh together.
Keep safe, stay awesome!!!

Figured this after a big loss last week. Yesterday I ran 4.2miles in a Pat Tillman charity run. I have not ran in a year but I can walk 6 miles easy. So yesterday I ran half the race. Walk/run, amazing being able to do this and feel lighter. So today I can say my legs are sore, so hopefully just retaining some water.4 -

The Green Challenge Percentage of people who lost weight this week. No matter how small the loss the weights are recorded in green. Remember that even if your team doesn’t rank the highest in weight loss for the week you can still be the Green Percentage winner by having the most losses in your team! So keep it up!!

Welcome @savannahs21 !
I’m 15 days into leaving the apartment every day, I’m trying to keep up my streak to make it 3 weeks straight.
On Sunday we went out to get some storage boxes because we need to clean out our cabinets and walk-in. My regular clothes need to live somewhere while maternity clothes move in, and we need to temporarily remove some storage units from the walk-in to make room for a crib until the baby’s old enough to sleep in their own room. We need to also clear some cabinets from the baby’s future room to make room for their clothes, toys and other stuff. Of course the baby won’t need that much storage space in the beginning, but I’m going to put the increased energy and nesting instinct to good use and stay active now that I can. Seems like wasting a good cleaning/organizing inspiration would be, well, a waste.2 -

I'm happy to end the month with a loss- it was touch and go there for a minute!!!
By british standards, I am under 21 stone (20 stone, 13.8lb) I was really hoping to be under 280lb by my birthday (which is next Tuesday) But I am happy to be on a downward trend.
I had a bit of an emotional time this week, dealing with a friend ghosting me, and i'm taking it harder than I want to. That had a knock on effect on my energy. So I didn't walk much or exercise. I didn't even do much of my studying either!!
On a positive note- I should be going back to work next week! After nearly 4 months off. Even though I love this lady of leisure business, I do need to get up and moving. The distraction will do me good too!!!
14lb to go til my mini target- Would love to get that off in the next month or so- if I can get my *kitten* into gear!!! haha3 -

Hopefully this is allowed here but I'm thinking about doing the 70k step badge for Fitbit. For the people who have done this how should I prepare?1

It’s been a while since I paid any attention to the badges, but is this 70K in a day?
Good shoes, and lots of practice to get your feet and legs used to walking. Even just walking can cause injuries if your body isn’t used to it.
And yeah, it’s allowed. We talk about all kinds of stuff going on in our lives2 -
@hipari Yes its in a day. Im thinking about doing 30-50k at home and then go walking on a trail to do the rest.1

Hello all, I missed my weigh in on Monday. To be honest this past week was just a disaster. I wasn't feeling well and just wanted to comfort eat. Went way off track last Thurs and Fri including old patterns of raiding the fridge late at night. At least I somehow made it through without gaining weight.....I think I had already lost a pound and then re gained half of it over the last week.
I feel SO unmotivated to continue. I just want to eat all the bread in the world. But I'm hoping that by weighing in, posting here, and logging my meals today it will just come back.
How do you all make it through these slumps?4
