So Its been a while since I introduced myself. Hi! My name is Georgia I am 44yrs old. (just turned 44 on Saturday) I live in Bloomingdale Illinois. I am a mom of 4 yr old twins (girl & boy).
My goal for a while is to get my body into shape to do a Spartan run when I turn 45... I don't see myself there. I am just starting to lose weight now. I also had some set backs with tendonitis of the ankle. Received a cortisone shot a week and a half ago. I am hoping that that has cleared up enough to had my Dr clear me to start working out. Then I plan to start walking to build my endurance up and do some cardio as well. I find out next Monday where we are at with working out.
SO background on my weight gain. Back in 2011 I started gaining weight and had issues when I was working out (constantly feeling faint and energy loss) My personal trainer told me to get some labs done. I then found out I had a Hypothyroid. So I started my thyroid journey. After changing a few Drs and finding one that works for me. I finally had my thyroid under control. Also decided to have kids so that also threw a wrench in my weight. I tried a few different plans and now I am under drs care with my weight. So hopefully I will be in the right path with my weight.

My old medals that I've earned. I've got a few left to earn. (About 10) if I do 3 a week, i will finish them

Good Morning, Breakfast is logged and thats odd for me LOL. I dont log my food a ton but trying some other routes. Happy Tuesday! (oh and my water jug is full)2

Sorry I have been MIA my soldier was deployed in March and I have been caught up in my feels and honestly zero bleeps given. That all stop on Sunday. My fibromyalgia and inflammation have been on FIRE. A little tough love from our girl Beka and I am back on the wagon and not looking back. Only forward 🙌
