    That’s usually when I go over too! waiting for food when you’re starving is just hard! That’s when my cravings for bad stuff comes out the most because I just wanna eat something to satisfy my hunger. Even if it’s not the best.

    YES, that is so me. I'm good if the bad stuff isn't in the house and I can grab celery or carrots, but hubby bought ALL the good stuff when my son was here this weekend. For me, pita chips are crack.

    Hey team.

    Sorry I've gone silent again. We've had a few things happen in our family over the last week or so, so I've been a little stressed out. My eating went south quick near the end of the week. I'm trying to get my head back in the game with the rest of you! I'm amazed at you all for doing such a great job in week 1! I did not help with that at all, lol.

    Keep up the great work team! I will be getting back to MUAC this week :)

    I was curious and quickly glanced at your diary. And you’re right those Stacy Chips actually DO have crack in them! Especially the cinnamon sugar ones.. omg! Those and Sandies cookies are not allowed in my house or else I will eat the entire bag, diet or no diet. I would suggest a nice fire to put them in. Maybe even a Séance to release the evil spirits!

    Started my day with a 7:30am appointment with the orthodontist so didn't get my walk. I had to pick something up in our little town after work so I just decided to walk around town. Haven't done that in a year+. I forgot what a cool place our town is, and I got to window shop a lot, and got some exercise, too. BIG WIN!

    @gamommy2 So glad you like it here so far. To be honest many people have been quiet this week. There's usually a lot of commenting, high fives, encouragement and banter going on. Being part of a team and having little challenges is great. Do you have a FitBit? If so, you can join our challenges there as well! B)
